PRIVACYPrivacy and children’s information

Adults hold the accounts
Force Game IQ accounts are for adults. Coaches sign in to a private workspace. A minor does not create an account, provide an email address, or receive independent credentials. For every athlete profile, the coach must invite an adult parent or legal guardian. The coach cannot create the child profile. The adult reviews the direct parental notice, creates the minimal athlete profile, approves access, and creates the family PIN.
Coach sign-in information
An adult coach signs in through Google or with an email address and password. Supabase provides the authentication service and stores the coach's authentication identity, password hash, provider connection, and authentication sessions. Force Game IQ verifies the Supabase session, connects it to the coach's existing workspace by verified email, and issues a separate secure, HTTP-only app session cookie that expires after 30 days or when the coach signs out. Force Game IQ never receives or stores the readable password.
Information kept about an athlete
After consent, the parent may add only the athlete’s first name, nickname, or initials and a broad age band: under 13, 13–15, or 16–17. The app also stores team, sport, assigned content, and necessary access status. Force Game IQ does not ask a minor for a full legal name, exact birth date, home address, email, phone number, school, precise location, photograph, voice recording, medical information, or payment information. Athlete View does not include public posting, private messaging, or behavioral advertising.
Parent or guardian information and consent
To deliver and protect an invitation, Force Game IQ stores the adult recipient’s email address, the guardian name entered during approval, the date and version of the consent notice, invitation status, and a one-way hash of the family PIN. The PIN itself is not stored. Team content does not open until the adult confirms that they are at least 18 and are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, accepts this notice, and creates the family PIN.
For an athlete under 13, recording consent in the app does not by itself unlock Athlete View. Access stays blocked until verified parental consent is completed through the configured verification provider. Force Game IQ stores the verification result, method, and date—not identity documents or biometric verification material.
How the information is used
Athlete information is used only to organize the private roster and show the correct team’s plays and practice plans. Each invitation is limited to one athlete, one team, and that team’s sport. Force Game IQ does not sell children’s information, build advertising profiles from it, or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Cloud hosting stores protected workspace and Team Room records. Supabase verifies Google and email/password accounts. GoHighLevel sends branded signup-confirmation and password-reset emails and, when invitation delivery is enabled, adult guardian invitations. For authentication email delivery, it receives only the adult coach's name, email address, the type of authentication email, and the short-lived confirmation or recovery link. For guardian delivery, it receives only the adult recipient’s contact information, coach, team, sport, and secure invitation link; the athlete’s name is not included in either automation payload. Stripe handles adult coach membership billing and does not receive athlete profile information. A verified parental-consent provider, once configured, processes the adult verification needed for under-13 access. Force Game IQ stores only the verification result and method.
Parent review, withdrawal, and deletion
After re-entering the parent PIN, the parent or legal guardian can review, correct, and download the athlete information and can withdraw consent from Parent Privacy Controls. Withdrawal or coach deletion immediately revokes access and deletes the athlete profile and invitation from the active app. Unaccepted invitations expire after 30 days and their empty pending profile records are purged. Limited security or backup records, if any, follow the written retention and deletion schedule.
Security and access
Authentication attempts and recovery emails are rate-limited. Supabase validates passwords and provider sessions; Force Game IQ verifies each Supabase access token with the authentication service before connecting it to an app session. App sessions and invitation tokens are stored as one-way keyed hashes, responses are marked not to be cached, and family PINs are salted and hashed. Unaccepted invitations expire after 30 days; cancelling or replacing a pending invitation disables the previous link. Repeated incorrect PIN attempts trigger a temporary lock. The adult enters the PIN to launch Athlete View on a supervised device and must not give the link or PIN to the child. Parents should not reuse a banking, email, or device PIN.
Questions or requests
A parent or legal guardian can use Parent Privacy Controls to review, correct, download, or delete an athlete profile and withdraw consent. A family that lost its link or PIN can ask the team’s coach to permanently delete the athlete profile and issue a new adult invitation. Force Game IQ will verify the requesting adult before acting on a request involving a child profile.
