Coach accounts and parent/guardian access are for adults who are at least 18 years old. A minor may not register, accept terms, receive a direct invitation, or create separate credentials. A minor may view assigned team content only in the limited Athlete View launched by the parent or legal guardian on a supervised device.
Coaches sign in with Google or an email address and password. The account and resulting sessions are personal to the account holder and must not be shared. A coach is responsible for protecting the connected Google or email account, using a unique password, and signing out of devices that are no longer under the coach's control.
Coaches must invite the athlete’s parent or legal guardian—not the player—and must use an adult email address. Before consent, coaches may enter only the adult contact, team, and sport. The parent creates the athlete profile. Coaches must not upload sensitive records, medical information, school records, precise locations, or other information they are not authorized to use.
The adult accepting an invitation confirms that they are at least 18 and are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian. That adult controls the private link and family PIN, launches the limited Athlete View without sharing those credentials, and can correct, download, or delete the athlete profile and withdraw consent at any time. Under-13 access remains locked until verified parental consent is completed.
Coaches retain responsibility for their play diagrams, practice plans, notes, and other uploaded or created content. Do not add unlawful, harmful, or confidential information you are not authorized to use.
New coach memberships include one seven-day trial. A payment method is collected when enrollment begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected membership renews at $15 per month or $150 per year. Canceling stops the next charge and access continues through the displayed paid-through date. Cancellation does not delete coaching data.
Diagrams, situation tests, and suggested positioning are educational coaching tools. Coaches remain responsible for adapting instruction to their athletes, league rules, safety requirements, and game context.
The service may be updated to improve reliability, security, or features. Coaches should keep local copies or PDFs of material needed for a specific event.
